Mosaics were very common in rich roman houses so we have been making some of our own.

Roman children used to wear a bulla around their neck to ward off evil and keep them safe. Sewing is a bit tricky but we are getting there!

The class really enjoy learning all about the Romans.

We made Roman advertisements just like estate agents would do nowadays.

Lots of Roman coins were found in Scotland. We made some of our own.

The class loved making mosaics.

This is how togas looked (on very thin people). The laurel head dress is also very dapper.

Some interesting Roman buildings and architecture now. Remember you can see pictures from modern day Rome if you look at Angus' trip to the Coliseum
