The Year Of The TigerOn 14th February 2010, we celebrate the start of the Chinese year of the Tiger. The Chinese have twelve different animals which they use to remember the years. Just like we have twelve signs of the Zodiac and we use them to tell our horoscopes. The chinese can tell your personality from the year that you were born (as well as other things like your material sign, the position of the moon and the hour you were born. It is very complicated. ![]() 9th February 2010 We have been getting ready for Chinese New Year by making masks and puppets and learning about the history of the festival. ![]() ![]() ![]() 27th January Angus was invited to take part in the P4RS/P5/4 assembly this morning. The assembly was all about Chinese New Year, it was very interesting. The whole performance was very polished and colourful. Well done to both classes. ![]() ![]() |
